We’ll conduct a live diagnostic call, gathering mixer stats and guiding you through initial checks.
Step 3
Based on the assessment, we’ll take one of the following actions listed below
Dispatch an engineer (same-day or next-day)
Supply the required component(s)
Remotely guide you through plug-and-play part installation
Alternatively, you can book a workshop drop-in for in-person resolution. If your machine is offline, restoring operation is our top priority.
