Repair & Maintenance Contracts

Alpha Assemble offers tailored Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Contracts to ensure continuous performance and reduce unplanned downtime. Our team also specialises in mixer refurbishments, with clear scope assessments and performance-based recommendations to extend asset life.

What’s Included:

Annual Calibration: Ensures compliance and accuracy.
6–8 Weekly Servicing: Regular inspections, adjustments, and fluid checks.
Replacement Parts: OEM or approved alternatives supplied and fitted.
Call-Out Support: Responsive technical assistance as required.

Contract pricing is based on equipment age, condition, site access, and operational demand. For the most competitive rates, contracts are best initiated at the point of mixer purchase. Get in touch to scope a plan that works for your operation.

Note.
Accidental damage is not covered under R&M contracts. Please refer to your insurer for claims related to misuse, collision, or weather damage.

Calibration Services

Alpha Assemble provides full certified calibration support across all mixers. If you operate a different make or model, we’re happy to advise where possible.

We recommend an annual calibration as standard, with additional recalibration if you change or add materials.

Some clients may also be required to follow more frequent intervals, such as quarterly, to comply with third-party certifications or industry standards. Please contact us for more information.

Workshop Services

Our workshop delivers in-house diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance. For smaller jobs, bookings aren’t always required, call us to confirm availability.

For scheduled work, we pre-order parts and offer a drive-in service to minimise downtime. On-site repairs are also available, subject to H&S approval.
